Teaching in Colchester, CT for seven years has given me the ability to use Empowering writers, guided reading, and be a holistic scorer for the Connecticut Mastery tests for third graders. I tutored many students in grade three in reading, writing and mathematics.

At Goodwin College, I taught English as a Second language learners of the English language.

I have a B.S. in Elementary Educaation and in English from Central Ct State University. I studied 17th Century Poetry and Prose, Children's/ Young Adult Literature and completed many composition and writing courses. My strength is editing as I am most interested in this area, for ANY age group.
