"Remember that question, "What do you want to be when you grow up?" Reflecting back, I often pretended to be a teacher. After working several years in construction industry management, I decided to go back to school to be able to consider academic possibilities. I was recruited immediately after completing a Masters Program to teach undergraduate Public Health courses. What I once pretended to be became a reality! Along with other small business endeavors in the health and wellness field, I have been adjunct faculty at Montclair State University since 2012. I have also acted as a preceptor to several students while they performed their field experiences at my health and wellness center. I have also tutored and offered guidance to individual students as part of their public health career opportunities and field experience programs. I love helping students find their strengths and become successful in their individual degree concentrations. My specialty is helping students create documents that will stand out now during your education process and also later when you become a professional.

My personal concentrations have been in the fields of anthropology, specifically medical anthropology, and public health. A component of both of these concentrations is cultural competency and observing and understanding the background of diverse populations. Offering my services in the Monmouth

My expertise as an English tutor comes from a lifelong interest and passion for correct spelling, grammar and general knowledge of the words and construction of the English language and English sentence structure.
