"I have a BFA in Studio Art, with a minor in Art History. I had always had an interest in writing, and in college we were required to follow rigorous writing requirements for our art history and elective literature course essays. This discipline developed my expository writing, proofreading and editing skills. Professionally, my proofreading and editing projects have expanded well beyond art history and literature when assisting students, academics and professionals with diverse essay subjects in history, nursing, science, engineering, journalism, international politics and more - for over 25 years.

I am a freelance translator, proofreader and editor, with 20 years of experience in various genres, including news articles, literature, grant applications, pitch decks and corporate reports.
