I have both a BA and MA in English Literature, and have previously served as a certified High School English Teacher (7 years) and afterschool Education Director (2 years).

During my time as an English teacher, I taught all four levels of High School ELA (9-12) and successfully helped my students improve their writing while fostering a welcoming, respectful learning environment. As an Education Director for the Madison Square Boys & Girls Club, I provided direct support for students drafting essays for college admissions and national competitions.
