My teaching focuses on writing instruction, the English language, and narrative technique. My classes have straightforward objectives: How can we improve sentence structure? What will help us tell better stories? I’ve worked with business professionals, fiction writers, and academic students. My group lectures focus on journalism and fiction, as the best techniques from both can improve storytelling.
For English lessons, I will tailor the lessons to your abilities, or for a specific issue that you want to address. For instance, we can focus on writing techniques, sentence structure, grammar, vocabulary, or even conversation skills. For advanced learners, we can also discuss more challenging concepts, so that you can be comfortable and excel in any English situation.

I have a TEFL Teaching Certificate, a Specialist Certificate in English Grammar, and an English degree from the University at Buffalo. I started my career by working for ten years with a media organization in New York. In 2020, I wrote a book about an organization in Brazil, detailing its transformation, cultural change, and growth. As a writer, I publish weekly essays on writing, language, and literature that are read in more than 100 countries.
