"Hi, I'm Kalliopi and I specialize in History and Music tutoring for students of all ages. I have taught in several middle school and high school classrooms and have worked with all students to meet their individual goals and needs. These classes include AP US History, Honors World History, Contemporary Issues in World History, and Human Rights in World History. I am a firm believer that students only have one chance at a substantial education and, for that reason, they must be given the opportunity to thrive and achieve to the best of their abilities.

In addition to the 8 years as a successful tutor of Social Studies, English, Math, and Greek, I have taught in a variety of well-regarded public schools. I currently hold a professional certification as a secondary (5-12) teacher for New Jersey State. My teacher training took place at Seton Hall University, where I focused on Social Studies as well as working towards a minor in Women & Gender Studies.
