"Hey there, I'm Jake! I graduated from Washington University in St. Louis in 2023, with a 3.9 GPA and a B.A. in PNP (Psychology-Neuroscience-Philosophy) with minors in Spanish and Creative Writing. During my junior year, I studied abroad in Santiago, Chile, where I stayed with a host family and spoke Spanish 24/7, including in courses at Pontificia Universidad Católica, one of the most prestigious universities in the country. I was also the President of my school's improv comedy group!

My tutoring specialties are English (at any level), Spanish (at any level), Writing, and ESL. I have experience tutoring middle and high school-aged students in English and Spanish, tutoring adult learners in ESL, and I was a camp counselor for elementary-aged children, so I feel equipped to tailor my teaching lessons to whoever it is I'm working with! I want my students to walk away each week feeling more confident in the subject matter, and I will work tirelessly until they achieve their desired results.
