I use a number of teaching techniques and employ a combination of resources, including textbooks, video, music, and numerous conversation activities that I have culled from various sources.
My goal with each lesson is to achieve an 80/20 split between Student Talking Time and Teacher Talking Time. I emphasize comprehension over grammar, but I am well-trained in the teaching of English grammar. I aim to find what best suits your goals, learning style, and time constraints.
In addition to my TEFL certification, I posses a bachelor's in English literature from Boston College.
