"They say knowing is one thing and teaching is another. That is absolutely true but both knowing (rather, learning to know) and teaching are two things I feel most passionate about. I love to teach and you can say my love of teaching comes from a lifelong love of learning. As a Korean-American I was born and raised in Seoul, Korea and have lived in the States since 1992 working for one of the world's largest multinational enterprises. I have mastered two languages of Korean and English along with their multi-faceted cross cultural aspects.

I specialize in tutoring Korean and ESL/TEFL. Korean is my native language and I have the TEFL Diploma, moderated by BRIDGETEFL, USA. I assign challenging homework after every lesson, and provide periodic assessments and progress reports.

I studied Theology at Bethel Seminary, St Paul, MN.

I graduated from Sogang University, Seoul, South Korea; have numerous translation/interpretation experiences of Korean-English; I taught Korean to both English and Japanese speakers for many years.
