"As a lifelong reader and professional copywriter with an MFA in Writing, I strive to share my passion for learning by helping students reach their true potential. I will work with students to not only develop their skills but to experience the satisfaction that comes from mastering an essay, fully comprehending a great work of literature, or decoding a challenging math problem!

I have over 10 years of teaching and tutoring experience, having worked with students of all ages and backgrounds from kindergarten to college. Each group presents its own unique set of rewards, which I love about my job. Having taught high-school English (AP and regular) for several years and successfully guided many students through college admissions essays and research papers, I can confidently say that English is my speciality. That said, I also have ample experience tutoring algebra and test prep (ISEE/SAT/ACT), and I love it all!
