"Hello! My name is Baylee, and I am currently a substitute teacher in my local district. I enjoy this role greatly as it provides me the opportunity to work with students of all ages in a variety of subjects. It also allows me to have more flexibility while I pursue my Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction.

My Bachelor's Degree is in Elementary Education, and I am extremely passionate about teaching young learners. I strive to create effective learning experiences for all students by differentiating instruction to meet their needs and using research-based practices. I acknowledge the value of some traditional practices as well as modern practices and aim to create lessons and experiences that utilize the strengths of both.
