"I have been a professor of art, ceramics/sculpture, at Columbia College, Chicago, and at School of The Art Institute, Chicago for thirty years. I served as a Trustee at the Evanston Art Center, Evanston, for four years. I was appointed as commissioner for the Highland Park, Illinois Historical Commission for nine years.

I have a MFA degree, University of Illinois.

I worked on an archaeological excavation in northern Greece for two summers. Excavation was arranged through the University of Illinois. I have published several articles on world ceramics with an emphasis on medieval art and ceramics.

I have exhibited my art work in national exhibitions, plus, I have won awards at national exhibitions.
