I am currently finishing my degree in special education from the University of Maine Farmington, where I am an honor student.
I enjoy working with youth to help them achieve the best possible outcome in their school experience. By providing one to one support, I feel that students are better able to thrive. I am currently student teaching in the special education setting, where I am able to provide small group support to students.
I am currently teaching units on math, as well as recently took classes in working with the new common core aligned math.
I've completed course work in Teaching English as a Second Language. I am currently 2 classes away from receiving my certification.
I hold an associates degree as a speech-language pathology assistant from Kennebec Community College.
