Able to explain things in different ways. My primary focus is students who are taking introductory accounting courses. I do expect that students will put in the effort to read the material on their own and be prepared. For those who put in that effort, I am able to create a rewarding session.

I bring a good deal of life experience from work, built on the foundation of a CPA and MBA. I’ve been a business owner, an investor, and an accounting consultant. It gives me a unique perspective to help make things more real, and keep them simple and practical.

I have also trained a number of people in Quickbooks and NetSuite accounting software. I understand the accounting software well, and how to pace a session based on the pace of the student. I can also give real world practical advice as we go through the software.
