"Hi! I have a passion for helping others learn and understand the value of knowledge by prioritizing their learning style.

I had straight As in high school, graduated with a 4.57 GPA, and am currently in a combined undergraduate medical school program at Brown University. This means that I was accepted to attend The Warren Alpert Medical School as a senior in high school.

I scored a 4 on the AP Bio, AP Lang, and AP Human Geo. In addition, I completed the following AP courses with an A: AP Psychology, AP Environmental Science, AP Government, AP Microeconomics, AP Literature, and AP US History. At Brown, I have completed the following courses with an A average: Principles of Physiology, Principles of Immunology, Introduction to Public Health, Public Health Policy, Healthcare in the United States, Food and Politics in South Asia, and Languages and Identities in Contemporary Africa.

During high school, I was hand-selected to tutor my peers in Pre-algebra, Algebra 1, Trigonometry, and Algebra 2. Additionally, I successfully tutored mathematics and computer science to elementary students. Additionally, I was selected by my geometry teacher to host peer-led tutoring hours for students having a difficult time with the course material.

During the summer, I worked as a camp counselor and helped teach STEM courses to kindergarten to 5th graders. Additionally, I served as a Teaching Assistant at a 6-week summer immersion medical program to help high school students complete medical certifications such as Basic Life Support, Advanced Life Support, and various Neurological examinations.

One key takeaway from both my time as a student and tutor is the importance of not just memorizing content, but truly understanding the material and being open to seeking help when necessary. I genuinely hope to make a positive impact by assisting others in their learning journey. The moment when the content truly clicks is what motivates me, even when it's challenging. I look forward to learning, growing, and working together!" less...
