"Hi, I am Aditi! I have a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Mathematics. I am a certified Math teacher currently working in a high school in Kansas. I have experience tutoring middle school through high school students in Math for the last 20+ years. I have tutored mostly high school students for Algebra1, Algebra 2, College Algebra, Geometry, Precalculus as well as students for standardized test preparation.

I am passionate about teaching Math and I want to bring my knowledge and experience in my tutoring approach. I get to know each student individually and design lesson plan based on their individual needs. I introduce the lesson first using different resources (textbooks, Math online tools, Guided notes, Khan Academy) as needed, then I prefer to do some guided practice with the students. After that, I ensure that students have enough time for individual practice to master the material. I try to be creative in my lesson plan so that students can learn as well as have some fun.

My goal as a tutor is to encourage and motivate students so that they can get the confidence and see tangible results. I can work with the students one-on-one or in a small group setting.
