"I’m Pete. In 2014, I completed my undergraduate degree with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a concentration in Criminal Justice. I pursued this degree to gain a better understanding of the human psyche and how human behavior impacts crime and society. In 2020, I graduated with a Masters of Arts in Criminal Justice and continued to conduct research in the field. This degree and experience expanded my interests from crime and society on a national scale to a global examination of crime and punishment based on cultural norms, traditions, and customs.
In 2021, I started tutoring through an online tutoring service in Criminal Justice, for graduate students and below. As of July 2024, I have three (3) years of tutoring experience and more than 750 hours of in-session tutoring with my targeted group (i.e., graduate-level and below). However, I have tutored high school and doctorate-level students who had questions or needed advice in Criminal Justice. I enjoy working with students of all levels, if it could aid in their academic progress. Also, as a tutor, I have experience in minor subjects, such as editing (i.e., grammatical errors, sentence structure), writing (i.e., creative writing, academic writing), and proofreading (i.e., sentence fluency, sentence consistency, chronological analysis).
I enjoy working with students and helping them along on their path to success. To ensure this is possible, I would like to offer first-time student clients, one (1) free 30-minute consultation. The consultation will allow the student and the tutor to introduce themselves. In addition, this will allow the tutor time to review the type of assignment(s), in which the student required assistance." less...
