"I have a BFA in Theatre Performance from Oakland University. I have 10+ years of teaching and tutoring experience. I have worked with people of all ages and am qualified to tutor K-12 students (and beyond). I am well-versed in tutoring subjects like literature, writing, reading, theatre (both reading and performing), history, psychology, and sociology. I also have an expert-level knowledge of grammar and an extensive vocabulary.

I work full-time as a special projects editor for a large media company. Most of my duties revolve around quality control of our articles. I top-edit pieces spanning 24 brands, looking for grammatical errors and wording issues. My job is to ensure that each piece I work on is cohesive, well-written, and comprehensive. I have also worked as an acting coach and have 30+ years of theatrical experience. My tutoring strategy is to guide and teach my students to reach their full potential with patience and compassion.
