"I have a passion for explaining math in a way that is easy to understand. I have been tutoring middle school, high school, and college math and science for about 15 years. I have a background in hydraulic engineering but am currently teaching high school math and physics. When tutoring I aim to not only strengthen math and science skills but to build confidence as well, helping students to succeed long after tutoring.

I have a background in environmental science as well as environmental engineering, including being a TA for environmental science for 3 years. The knowledge I have gained through college coursework has given me the skill set to tutor math and science. My teaching experience gives me the ability to be an exceptional tutor.

I have been teaching Precalculus, AP Calculus AB, and AP Physics C for 10 years.

I have experience tutoring preAlgebra, Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2, College Algebra, PreCalculus, AP Calculus AB and BC, Calculus 2 and Calculus 3. I have tutored undergraduate statistics as well as graduate level regression analysis. In science I have tutored physics, including AP physics, chemistry and science.

I also tutor and run summer camps to help students succeed on the PSAT (Math), SAT (Math) and ACT (Math and Science) tests, including helping some students score a perfect score and achieving National Merit Status.
