"Hi everyone! I am Teacher Lili. I have been teaching Spanish, ESL and reading classes to students all ages and settings for more than 10 years. I am a native Spanish speaker and hold a TESOL certification. Presently, I work with remote teams in China and Latin America. As a former ESL learner, I know first hand the challenges of learning a second language and the necessary skills to achieve fluency. In the same way, as a savvy reader and writer in both languages, I use my skills to help students improve these areas.

My approach is always very practical and adapted to everyone's individual needs to aid language acquisition and/or improvement. My focus is to assess the student's weaknesses and create a plan to work on. I am also very flexible to change or include any other material that the parents or students consider at any time.

I like to have fun in the classroom as I enjoy teaching very much. I am also very committed to deliver my best and create an experience that enhances learning.
