"I offer tutoring in music theory for students from middle school to college level. I have had success tutoring theory online and am happy to tutor in person as well.

I also teach trumpet, trombone, French horn, euphonium, and tuba. I prefer to teach instrumental lessons in person. My students have had success at the All-State and All-Eastern level.

I am currently employed full-time teaching band, choir, music history, and music theory at the high school level. Although I am a classroom teacher, I really enjoy a one-on-one setting where I can address your specific questions and problems and ensure that you grasp each concept. I also strive to help students make connections from music theory to other areas of music like performance, music history, and composition.
