"I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems and a Master’s in Business Administration, equipping me with a strong foundation in business and technology. Over my ten-year teaching career, I’ve specialized in business and information technology subjects for high school students, including dual-enrollment courses. This experience has given me extensive insight into the needs of high school students and the skills they require to excel in both academic and professional settings. Additionally, I am certified in various areas of Microsoft Office, which I have used to help my students earn multiple certifications to prepare them for college and career readiness.

In addition to classroom teaching, I have experience as a UIL Computer Applications coach, UIL coordinator, and Business Professionals of America (BPA) advisor, where I prepare students for competitive events. Through these roles, I’ve learned to effectively coach students in both one-on-one and group settings, focusing on their unique needs to bring out the best in each individual. My experience as a master teacher has also helped me refine my instructional methods and mentor other educators, allowing me to continuously grow in my teaching practice.
