"Hello! My name is Cassidy, and I’m excited to help you reach your academic goals! With a double major in Chemistry and Earth & Planetary Sciences, as well as a minor in Environmental Science, I bring a deep, interdisciplinary understanding of a variety of subjects, ranging from middle school through college-level coursework. I am a graduate of Johns Hopkins University and have over 10 years of academic support experience, including working as a Head Teaching Assistant for Organic Chemistry in college, volunteering as a tutor throughout high school and college, and working as a professional, full-time tutor for the past several years. I am specialized in chemistry and SAT/ACT test prep, but am also experienced in tutoring other subjects including (but not limited to) math, biology, English, high school physics, and introductory Spanish.

My approach to tutoring emphasizes skill-based learning, helping students not only grasp the material, but also develop the skills they need to succeed both now and in the future. I’ve worked with students of all ages and understand that every learner has their own unique needs.
