"I am chemistry tutor with over 15 years of experience in teaching and helping students achieve their academic goals. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Colgate University, a Master's degree in Physical Chemistry from the Binghamton University, and a Master's degree in Education from Penn State. Throughout my academic career, I have been passionate about chemistry and the impact it can have on the world.

While my earlier degrees are in chemistry, I knew that I wanted to start teaching in the 4th grade. My teaching philosophy revolves around making chemistry accessible and relatable to all students. I understand that chemistry can be a challenging subject and I find joy in finding ways to relate the subject to a student's experiences. Depending on the goals of the student I utilize a variety of teaching methods including discussions, and problem-solving sessions to help students gain a deeper understanding of the concepts.
