"I have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in University of Negros Occidental Recoletos Philippines and became a Licensed Nurse. Also, I took Continuing Professional Education, took and passed the licensure Exam for Teachers. I had 2 years of Teaching Experience in the Philippines and 5 years teaching experience as a Secondary Science Teacher in Ajo, AZ.

Presently, I am an Independent Tutor Contractor tutoring K-12 Students in Math, Reading, ELA and Science. It is my joy to help students succeed in their learning. I usually modify and varies my teaching style based on how a student learn. I believe in order to have a successful teaching and learning process, assessing student's learning style is an utmost priority.

One of the techniques that I used in teaching concepts is with the use of Mnemonics. Sometimes there are topics that are hard to remember so creating and using mnemonics can help in improving and assisting memory. For instance, in Biology we study characteristics of Living things and it will be summarized by this mnemonic MRS GREN ( Movement, Respiration, Sensitivity, Growth,Reproduction, Excretion and Nutrition) with the help of this one, students can easily remember what is the characteristic of living organism a specific scenario that pertains to it.
