"I'm Cassie, a private music teacher. I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor's degree in music performance with a focus on percussion, and I also hold an Associate's degree in music composition. I have been teaching private lessons for over 6 years.

I teach drum set, percussion, mallet percussion, ukulele and guitar for ages 7 and up. My approach to private lessons is to encourage the student to ask questions and explore their instrument and the intricacies of music. I believe in a well-rounded approach to music education. Students not only learn to play with proper technique, but also the how and why of music. I strive to approach this in a fun, accessible, and engaging manner.
