"I have been tutoring Mathematics and been passionate about it since I was 19 years old. During my MSc and PhD studies I have had the opportunity to teach at college level (Jacobs University Bremen and Boston University), which has been an invaluable experience. I am currently a postdoc at the Danish Institute for Advanced Studies doing interdisciplinary research, but I still try to take opportunities to teach or tutor since, as I said, it's a passion.

When tutoring I focus on helping the student create a mental picture of the important concepts before delving into the details of any exercises. Although I enjoy explaining the material, I also encourage students to study it on their own first, so that we can spend more time discussing the parts that they find more challenging. My favorite subject is Real Analysis.

I can teach most lower level math classes (Calculus, Linear Algebra, Differential Equations, Discrete Math, Probability and Statistics, Applied Math etc) and upper level and graduate courses in Probability and Real Analysis & related (metric spaces, measure theory, functional analysis, point-set topology). I can also teach some Theoretical Computer Science courses, as well as Mathematical Biology.
