"Hi! I’m Nicole and I teach 3 grade! I graduated from Cedarville University with a bachelors degree in early childhood and a minor in Bible. I was able to get a great education and love for teaching kids. My college allowed me to get many experiences throughout my 4 years there. Since graduating, I have taught 1st and 3rd grade, but have lots of experience with 2nd grade as well. I have been teaching for 2 years, but have grown as a teacher so much. I have also learned a lot too. I am always open to finding new ways to make learning fun for children. Learning doesn’t always have to be paper and pencil. I will do my best to find fun websites or hands on activities for children to learn. It’s my goal to help children feel more confident in their learning and help them understand the material better. It’s my goal to give them tips in remembering how to do things and using strategies to learn better. I want every kid to love learning and going to school each day!

I will teach students great strategies for learning some of those confusing math concepts. I will make sure they see why all math is important and how we use it all the time.

I love learning science along with my students! I will find fun experiments and videos to go along with lessons.

Reading may not always be the most fun subject, but like math I will teach good reading strategies to make reading more fun. I will do my best to make students more confident in their reading. I personally love grammar! I always have. I think it’s cool to break down sentences and to see each part of it.
