"Hi, my name is Felicia. I am a former educator, who is currently spending time at home to raise my children before eventually returning to the classroom. I have my Master's Degree in Teaching, Learning, and Curriculum from Drexel University. I am also a Google Certified Educator and have teaching certifications in Pennsylvania, Alabama, North Carolina, and Ohio. I have taught 2nd, 5th, and 6th grade in my 7 years of education and also worked extensively with children with special needs before becoming a classroom teacher. I specialize in all Elementary subject areas, but have a particular passion for Math and Science.

To me, the most important part of being a successful educator is creating a bond with my students and working to truly understand how they process information. I believe that everyone learns differently, but that everyone is capable of greatness. I try to make my lessons as engaging as possible and always try to provide real world examples that make the content relatable and more easily understood.
