"I graduated from the University of South Carolina with a bachelor's degree in sociology and am currently pursuing a master's degree in special education from Francis Marion University.

I have lots of classroom experience and have a student that I work with one on one. I enjoy working with students individually as well as in small group.

When tutoring, I will develop a lesson plan which will consist of teaching the material explicitly. We will have plenty of time for questions and help with homework if needed. I have much experience in elementary math and common core. As someone who enjoys reading and writing, I love to assist students in learning to read and write. I have worked with several students in the school setting and helped bring them to reading level as well as improved comprehension.
