"I am an experienced teacher with a bachelor's degree in elementary education (K-8), with a concentration in mathematics and a minor in teaching English as a second language, graduating summa cum laude. I have previously taught grades 4/5 (all subjects) and grade 6 math. I have experience in special education settings for grades 3-5. I am currently certified to teach grades 1-6 in Maryland with an endorsement in ESOL, and grades K-8 in New Mexico with an endorsement in ESOL.

I enjoy helping students feel comfortable with new topics and helping them expand their understanding further. My experience as a classroom teacher allows me to further help students advance.

While completing my undergrad in elementary education, I concentrated in K-8 mathematics. I have previously taught 4th, 5th, and 6th grade math in a classroom setting.
