"I taught second and third grades for thirty years at Essex Elementary School. I Love teaching children in the primary grades. I have my BS degree from Gordon College in Elementary Education. I have my Master's degree from Wheelock College in Early Childhood Education.

I have three grandchildren, ages six, four and three, and one more granddaughter on the way. I have references from former students and colleagues available upon request.

I know several different methods for teaching Math including using Cuisenaire rods. My thirty years of experience provides me with a wealth of strategies.

All of my students learned to read and write while they were in my class, even students who were non-readers when they came into my class in September.

I have had experience not only in the primary grades but also teaching Study Skills to students at Endicott College.
