"I have been teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) and Basic Spanish for over 15 years, both while living in Mallorca, Spain, and in the US. I have worked in language academies and one-on-one, giving private classes to young students or professionals who needed to improve their language skills. I have also worked on-site to help a wide range of individuals, including bankers, architects, military personnel, and University professors meet their language-learning goals in the workplace. I have facilitated ESL classes focused on improving employment opportunities for immigrants, and tutored foreign students who struggled with their studies. I am patient, enthusiastic, and committed to the success of my students, adjusting the curriculum to fit the student, thus enabling them to meet their goals. I also have taught numerous drawing and painting workshops and basic Adobe Photoshop skills.
