Having experience at applying to 30+ medical schools and residencies, crafting over 150+ personal statements and secondary essays, and interviewing at multiple prestigious institutions (Harvard, MIT, UCLA, UCSF), I have a comprehensive idea of what institutions look for in today's applicants.

I know how stressful the process can be. I realized quite early on that writing personal statements for admissions was drastically different from that of the normal academic essay format.
