"Hello! I have over 25 years experience as a music educator. I endeavor to make lessons fun as well as educational for the student! I currently (10/29/2024) teach music classes at a local college in Montana, and retired from an Arizona school district as a Choral and Orchestra Director (11 years) in 2014. I taught choir in Montana school districts for over 20 years. I just began with Wyzant in December of 2022. I tutor grammar, writing, and English fluency part time and have over 12 years experience as a tutor. I am completing my Master's Degree in Teacher Leadership through Grand Canyon University. I hold a degree in Music Education from Montana State University, and an English as a Second Language endorsement from University of Phoenix. I teach beginning through advanced guitar, piano, violin, bass, and mandolin lessons and specialize in music theory.

I also have 3 years experience as a Title I summer school teacher with my district and have successfully instructed students ages 6 through 18 to improve their reading, language arts, and test taking skills.
