"Hi, I'm Erol! I am a professional and friendly tutor specializing in HS, College, and Graduate students in the natural sciences and mathematics. I provide AP and College level support in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and all Math up to calculus and differential equations. Graduate level support is available for Biochemistry, Physical Chemistry, and Biomedical sciences including PhD/MD coursework.

I received a B.S. in Biochemistry and my M.S. in Molecular Virology and Microbiology at the Baylor College of Medicine. I am also a research scientist with peer-reviewed publications and USPTO inventions in the field of experimental therapeutics. I have 8+ years experience teaching and tutoring for math and science (all levels Chemistry, Physics, Biology), as well as test prep (GRE, MCAT, and SAT). working with HS, College, and Graduate students. I served two semesters as a Teaching Assistant at Rice University, Former Education Lieutenant at Rice University EMS with experience lecturing EMT-B and EMT-I and former CPR instructor.

In our sessions, we'll use a Socratic back-and-forth to make sure that student understanding sets the pace of all lessons. You're encouraged to ask questions, think aloud, and build foundations instead of being forced to move through a problem in frustration.
