"I am a SAT Verbal Tutor, and have extensive experience working with two international companies based in Russia and Romania to teach students the Digital SAT. I am a Harvard student, and had acceptances to Princeton University and Brown University.
I have worked with students possessing very little understanding of English who started from a SAT Reading score of 380 and increased by 200+ points in a matter of 2-3 months. I also have experience working with more advanced students who started off with a score in the low 700s and achieved a 99th percentile score in a couple months. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to teaching; I guarantee that all lessons are tailored to individual student or group needs. Should students complete their assignments post class, most do achieve their desired score in as little one lesson per week for 2-3 months.
My approach is entirely student based. We work on only what the student struggles with, thereby maximizing value and teaching for your time. I have worked with a variety of students from a variety of backgrounds, and have accumulated over 5 years of tutoring experience across the humanities subjects.
I am a first generation college student, and along with SAT Verbal test prep, I am also happy to help all students in the holistic college application process! From helping students figure out how to apply for financial aid, to helping edit their college application essays, I have extensive experience in providing valuable mentorship for students applying to colleges.
I specialize in teaching every question type in the four categories of questions on the Digital SAT, including:
