"I have been teaching high school English and Social Studies for 11 years. The last four have been at a hybrid virtual school. In 2020 I moved from Louisiana to Florida and began working with a virtual school teaching students all over the U.S. I love working one-on-one with students and being able to focus on their specific needs. I am patient with students and willing to go over material multiple times and in multiple ways to help students understand. I specialize in test prep, especially the ACT and SAT and offer test prep classes in Zoom every month.

I have an MEd from LSU - Shreveport and a Business Administration degree from Baylor University. I love reading and want to help students learn to love it, too.

I can help students improve writing and reading comprehension, as well as improving grammar and punctuation. I have experience helping students prepare for the ACT and have helped students increase their scores by as much as 5 points.
