"I'm Brian, I did my Bachelors Degree in Education Arts while my major is in history. The four years gave me good exposure to the world history covering both European history and African history. I am currently teaching in a high school and my subjects are world studies and US history. The 6 years teaching experience has equipped me with vast knowledge on the teaching subjects and also the professional development opportunities on the content. I have taught English learners which gave me a chance to interact with a diverse population which share rich cultures. I have gotten my ESL certification from American College of Education and this gave me a chance to tailor my instruction to meet the learner's at their points of need. I believe in a learner centered approach in teaching which makes the learners active . I have been tutoring online for more than 1 year. I have done a Masters degree in curriculum development and my thesis was on Teachers preparedness on teaching language activities. I have also done another Masters degree at Liverpool John Moores University and my research is on Educational leadership.
