"Hi, my name is Ashley. I graduated from CUNY Lehman College with a Bachelor's degree in English and a minor in Business Administration. Before graduating, I spent my senior year working for the SEEK and ACE tutoring centers, teaching students critical thinking skills, helping them write college papers, essays, and personal statements. Doing this propelled me to apply to Teach For America, where I then started my career as a teacher in 2019, Since then, I've received a masters degree from Relay Graduate School of Education and have been working for the NYC DOE for the past 5 years teaching students from age 14-20.

Throughout these 5 years, I have received the following certifications:
