"Hey there! My name is Tomasen B. and I am a 2017 Dean's List graduate of Bates College with a degree in Philosophy. I have been lucky enough to spend most of my professional life doing what I love: teaching and helping students reach their academic goals. My expertise is in tutoring the SAT, ACT, and AP English Language exams to a diverse clientele.

Recently I worked for an education startup company where I ran their English department and taught in-person and online group and individual SAT and AP English lessons to students represented from over 50 countries. I have also had the opportunity to teach intensive SAT 'marathons' abroad in Panama City, Panama on numerous occasions. I have also spent hundreds of hours helping many of these same students craft impeccable college essays.

I couldn't be prouder to say that my students have averaged over 350 point increases in their SAT scores after a few short months and many have been accepted into their dream schools.
