"Hello! My name is Ditha and I love helping students reach their full potential. Having been a student for most of my life, I am able to adapt my tutoring techniques to fit each student's learning style and academic needs. I have a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Masters in Health Sciences with a Genetics focus! While completing my undergraduate degree, I also earned a Fine Arts certification through which I developed my literature, theology, and writing skills. I truly believe I can help you find your own way to tackle the subjects that might be on the trickier side, as I have often found that different subjects require different studying techniques!

I have a Masters of Health Sciences from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. This program allowed me to develop my understanding of Genetics, Molecular Biology, and Biochemistry as the program was based out of the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. This degree not only pushed me to be up-to-date with all the latest advancements and techniques in the field, but also allowed me to develop my study habits as it was a fast-paced one-year program. My work background also includes being a Research Assistant for two years in a Molecular Biology lab and being a TA for Genetic Endocrinology lab.

I love reading! This passion inspired me to get a certification in Fine Arts from the University of San Francisco. This program focused heavily on writing skills, close-reading techniques, and literary analysis. In order to complete this certification, I had to submit multiple papers on varying subjects ranging from theology to essay-writing. I believe that the skills I developed in this program allowed me to become not only a more avid reader, but also a confident writer. I believe I can help you develop these skills as well as I have helped multiple friends and family members on their own term papers, theses, and application requirements.
