"Hi! My name’s Zephyr. I’m 21 years old and located in Goose Creek, South Carolina.

Since the age of 13, I’ve tutored people of all ages in ESL, grammar, essay writing, presentation creation and delivery, sciences (mostly psychology, forensics, and anatomy), and basic math.

I began doing this in my first year of high school. I’ve always been good at explaining terms to others, and teachers would often pair me up with struggling students. Eventually, they began to seek my help outside of class time as well.

I graduated Pikesville High School in Maryland in 2020, and continued helping students at the local library thereafter. Around this time, I also volunteered at my mother’s church in teaching adult immigrant students English as a Second Language. I did this for almost four years until I moved to my current location in South Carolina.

English is my native language, but I’m learning American Sign Language, Spanish, and Farsi/Dari as well. I’m used to working with all ages, from young children to senior adults. I like to think I connect well with my students, but you can be the judge of that!" less...
