I have more than 3 years of experience tutoring high-school and college students in STEM subjects. The majority of that time has been spent teaching pre-calculus and calculus topics in both group and one-on-one settings. Over the years, I have gained a thorough understanding of common stumbling blocks and strategies to overcome them. Based on the student’s needs, I will endeavor to create a lesson plan that truly solidifies the foundational understanding of the content, so that they will not feel the pressure to memorize too many formulas or specific problem types. By taking this ground-up approach, I believe that all of my students will be able to successfully master the material and excel in their courses and tests.
