"I am a certified math teacher. I have taught in three countries, South Korea, Mexico, and the United States. I hope to spend this summer in Japan teaching English. I am experienced in teaching Algebra I and II. I have also coached debate for a number of years. I have a state title in policy debate. My favorite debate style is public form, I can coach any forensics activity as well.

My undergrad focus was in Math education. I currently teach in a math classroom with common core standards. I enjoy teaching for understanding and the why not just the how.

I am certified to teach 5-8 Math in the state of Kansas. That includes up to algebra 1. I am licensed in the state of Kansas to teach middle school science 5-8.

I have been in the debate community for 10 plus years. I have qualified many students for the national tournament and had the coached teams to elimination rounds at the state tournament. My biggest accomplishment: having coached a novice state title.
