While obtaining my undergraduate degree however, I did take up to graduate level courses in statistics.
I am a strong advocate of teaching to fill gaps in foundational knowledge and building upon those skills. The biggest problem I see most of my students have is a shaky foundation or misunderstanding one specific topic, and it often causes them to spiral or feel like they aren't good at math.
