"Hey, I’m Cyrus! I graduated from UT Austin with a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and a minor in Business. After college, I worked in finance for over 2 years, and I became quite the Excel wizard. I went back to school and graduated from Metis, a 3 month immersive data science program looking to improve my programming knowledge. I accomplished this goal as I have always had a passion for combining theoretical mathematical analysis with given problems at hand. Throughout the years, I have developed skills in Python, R, and SQL; along with cultivating knowledge and practice in various regression, classification, clustering models, and big data problems.

I have two years of tutoring experience in Algebra 1, Algebra 2, and Calculus, and I have worked directly with any students and on occasion work with 2-3 students at a time to provide more of a group study environment. Additionally, I have tutored individuals in probability, Excel, Python, and R. In college, I tutored elementary, middle, and high school students at a non-profit organization called Learn To Be in subjects ranging from but not limited to math, science, history, and more.
