"Greetings! I am Braxton, a summa cum laude graduate from Norfolk State University, where I majored in Computer Science with a focus on cybersecurity, graduating with 47 A’s and a GPA of 3.901.

I developed a deep understanding and passion for mathematics, covering topics from Algebra to Discrete Mathematics. The math courses I excelled in include Algebra I/II, Geometry, Trigonometry, Calculus I/II, Probability/Statistics, and Discrete Mathematics.

In computer science, my journey began in high school with Java programming, and I have since expanded my proficiency to include Python, C++, and SQL. My expertise is both practical and theoretical, with notable projects like creating a database for a class project, designing a secure network application using machine learning for my senior thesis, and back-end programming for a web application. I also hold the CompTIA Security+ certification, showcasing my understanding of cybersecurity principles.

I have over three years of tutoring experience, helping students achieve their academic goals in math and computer science. I have tutored middle and high school students through Nursing Cap, Inc. My approach is tailored to each student’s unique learning style, using hands-on exercises, real-world examples, and interactive problem-solving sessions to ensure they understand and can apply the concepts confidently.

STEM can be challenging, but I've been there and understand the struggles. My goal is to help you overcome the fear of programming and the frustration of complex polynomials.
