"I studied as an undergraduate at the University of California, San Diego and graduated with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering in 2011. After working in industry for a few years, I attended graduate school at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where I graduated with an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering in 2017.

I focused my studies in the area of solid mechanics and computational mechanics (solving the equations of mechanics with a computer using the finite element method or FEA as is it is known on many CAD systems and using optimization to improve designs). If any of these topics interest you, I'd be happy to answer any questions you might have about them.

While at the University of Illinois, I was a TA for 6 semesters in the Mechanical Engineering department. I TA'd both statics and solid mechanics 3 semesters each.
