"I'm Erica. I've been a Nurse for 21 Years. In that time, I've worked in various areas of the Nursing Profession. I hold both a PN and Registered Nurse Degrees, and Graduated from the University of Rio Grande with Honors. My primary work areas have been ICU, Cardiac, Post-Surgical, Geriatrics, and Medical/Surgical Areas. I have tutored Nursing Students for 9 years in both RN and BSN Levels. Additionally, I have also been a Preceptor for BSN Nursing Students.

I enjoy helping students navigate the complexities of Nursing School. The volume of material can make truly understanding concepts difficult. My approach to tutoring is one patience and focus on the concepts that you are studying in a way that works best for you.

I will help understand Evidence-based Nursing Practice, as well Test Preparation, Prioritization and Delegation, Problem Solving Skills, and Multiple Choice Strategies.

I will help you review and prepare for both the NCLEX PN and NCLEX RN Exams. I will assist you in Preparation Strategies, Content Review, and Practice Questions so you will feel confident when you schedule your exam.
